I am approaching this question for the angle that computers are annoying and the less of them the better. That is why I choose the Ford Crown Victoria since while it does have computers, not as many as other vehicles.

When I arrived in Colorado and walked into the Englewood Trolly Station my mind was blown. Everything was so clean, I could walk on the tracks without getting electrocuted or eaten by rats, and the tracks were not several feet down like in NYC.
