Ooooh that is pure evil...I like it!

I was really pissed off and I needed to know what broke and why. Anger, when channeled correctly, can be very productive.

That’s a good one. I was thinking of going with “Well because these cars are so small, they couldn’t pass crash tests, so they just put the driver on the other side of the car so there wouldn’t be as many lawsuits.”

Probably not gonna work since it’s a two-seater convertible. The trunk would fit like...6 letters before it’s full.

I did a mix of both while I figured out how to fix it.

I was able to fix mine myself (immediately put the car for sale afterwards), but it took multiple weekends. It was not fun at all. The worst part was getting the inner door panel pried back enough to slip my arm into the door and unlatch it. Those damn door panels are NOT designed to come out with the door closed...

I’m importing a Suzuki Cappuccino and I am looking forward to the part where people forget that the rest of the world drives in KPH and think we are doing 120 in a car the size of a matchbox. This despite sitting on the wrong side of the car.

At least the handle is still operable. It’s even worse when the mechanism itself is broken and your door doesn’t open period. Doubly so when it’s the driver’s door. Triply so when the broken mechanism prevents either the interior or exterior handle to work and you either have to climb through the window like a NASCAR

Watch the video and read the Stars & Stripes report. The sergeant who filmed the video (different than the one who actually cut the straps) is laughing his ass off and clearly knew what was about to happen. He even says “I knew it I knew it!” He too was punished for his part in this debacle.

Bentley Continental GT. Very fast, very comfortable, and with all the AWD you need. A little weird looking, but if you want a bruiser of a GT, this is the way to go.

My thoughts exactly. The color combo isn’t exactly desirable and with it being parked so long there are bound to be mechanical problems hiding beneath. However if you want a really nice MkIII Supra, this is the one to get, but the price needs to come down a couple grand first.

To be fair, I moved into my first apartment with that car and I provided most of the furniture. Futon, bed, dresser, headboard, desk, chairs, table...An Integra is a surprisingly versatile car if you know how to use bungee cords and rope properly.

McLeod has a solution for that:

Nah, you have the generation of Integra I didn’t own haha. I had an ‘86 and a ‘95. I moved in both cars (different years of course).

When I was in college I could move my entire dorm in a single trip with my old Integra.

Yeah, but that’s more like a financial circle jerk. One investor creates a startup, raises a bunch of cash from other investors, it slips, then another one repeats the cycle.

Google it man. Look for “Dodge Dakota oil sludge” and you’ll get a list of complaints. It’s Russian Roulette, some of them were fine, but plenty of others had water pump failure. Coolant and oil mixed in the crankcase equals engine sludge. This was the same problem on the early 00s Intrepids.

It really depends on what part of the financial industry implodes. While we only hear about auto lending on Jalopnik, there’s also a growing student debt problem. Let’s also not forget the rampant payday loan industry that refuses to die, plus the good ol’ Private Equity industry, which will eventually bankrupt a

I feel like these are a perfect candidate for an LS3/6L80 swap.
