Actually (contra my previous comment) he means: liberals' perfect world has no guns in it. If abortions required guns, there'd be no abortions in that world. He's making a sick, cynical connection between pro-choice and anti-gun activism.

I recently started this! I work late nights alone, and hate-listening to conservative talk radio is the way I stay awake and amused.

He imagines that an abortion involves killing a (formed) baby in utero, instead of suctioning out a fetus. He's suggesting the baby be born alive and shot, thus giving the abortionist and the woman a visceral lesson in what they're actually up to, in the hope of engendering moral apotheosis.
