looks like someone went berserk with a paintball gun on mars.

Yes. Yes, it does.

That wasn't the question. The question is, does it "count as cheating?"

Wow. What's crazy about this is that, at first, I was like, "why didn't you take care of it earlier?", and then I realized, I probably would've done the same as you.

And it only works if you're fruit are not over ripe. Try twisting an over ripe peach... mush, I say, mush!

I agree with you that it is easy to point to human failings to explain our behavior. As a Christian, I do it all time... Way more than I'd like to admit.

I did not state that disagreeing = intolerance. I said "You may disagree, BUT if you're intolerant of his belief..."

Thank you for your clarification. You make an excellent argument. If we argue that life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness are a few of the rights endowed by our Creator, then slavery is easy to explain via liberty. You could argue that "marriage equality" would also fall under either liberty or pursuit of

VOTE: Garmin 310XT.

Whoa, wait. I'm confused by your argument. First you question if God wrote the constitution. Then you question if He freed the slaves. Then you ask if we would be willing to fall in line if marriage equality were ruled constitution. I'm not following you, here.

Could you provide a reliable source for your statement?

You're right. We don't live in a theocracy. But do you really want the government to grant you rights? Like I said, if they give it, they can take it away. As for me, I'd prefer God to give me my rights because I know God isn't an "indian giver".

Actually, his statement is correct. From the Declaration of Independence:

How is Chick-fil-a oppressing anyone? Do you know if they discriminate against anyone in their hiring/firing practices? Prove it.

While I understand your position, the one thing that I cannot get over is how one can describe another's view on life as being hateful. Couldn't I say that homosexuals "hate" devout Jewish, Christian and Muslim individuals because they believe in "traditional" marriage, among other things? Would not that be bigotry?

I never accused Biddle of being a bigot. I stated that:

from dictionary.com bigot: a person who is utterly intolerant of any differing creed, belief, or opinion.

You know what's worse? Apparently, Boston Herald needs to check their writers. Xertec? It's Zyrtec.

"Nitrates are also linked to infant methemoglobinemia..."

So the question is: Is, for the same mass of water, the volume greater frozen or near boiling?
