Been doing this for almost a year. The quality at my local supermarkets for fruits and veggies is comparable, but the prices are definitely lower. For example, I love Asian Pears; at Costco, they run 2.33/lb, on sale at the supermarket, $0.99/lb. Apples: 1.60/lb; on sale at the supermarket, 0.99/lb.

That's an interesting argument. While you're right that there are religious "loonies" killing a whole lot of people out there, there are many more religious "loonies" not killing anyone, and non-religious "loonies" killing a whole lot of people.

Are you certain? My understanding is that my taxes are paid based on my AGI. The AGI is my gross income, sans pre-tax items and deductions. So, if my gross earnings are 50k, and I had 10k in deductions, my AGI would be 40k.
