Perhaps for some...but I got a 4 year old Ford Crown Vic with 140K miles at a public police auction when I was in high school...the best $1200 ever. It had the the spot light and a plastic back seat that could be hosed out if it got dirty, ran like a champ and I never got pulled over speeding......it was a great buy.…
