When you lease a car its not your car...so why would you be entitled to the equity? I never see anyone complaining when the leasing company loses money at lease turn in, which prior to the pandemic was a regular thing.

he should sue them in small claims court and make sure you get a few continuances, then bump it up to Superior court on the last date. They will either beg you for mercy. It works 100% of the time.

The time to get a full charge is the real deal breaker for me. If I can fill up in a few minutes like petrol I’m all on board...until then I’m not buying an EV
