This is why nobody takes the racism charge that seriously anymore. I’m discussing this as objectively as possible, with as little emotion as possible. This isn’t a case of some unarmed guy getting plugged for not putting his hands up quickly enough.

This is what I get for taking everyone in my replies at face value. You’re right, the article linked says “BY his body.” Not in his back pocket.

I get that and agree. The cops, if he did not flash a gun, have enormous incentive to say that he did.

Right. Is it possible the cops just freaked out and shot him? Yeah. Do we know that’s definitely what happened? No. They say he raised a gun at them while he was closing the garage door. Except that he pointed a gun at the cops and refused to drop it. That will usually get you shot.

Not sure if you’re intentionally misleading here or not but that gun was the same one he raised at the responding officers and refused to drop before being shot.

Should have been zero.

At some point we need to distinguish between those coming to America to get free money, healthcare, schooling, shelter, police protection, and all the other social services our taxes pay for and those arriving because they face unusual and inhumane threats. That Democrats have leveraged the latter to acquire millions
