Too late. Christopher Plummer’s already been cast.
“ the actor removed the “protective plastic guards covering other actresses’ vaginas while simulating oral sex on them.””
“Hmmm... seems legit.”

Ugh, we don’t need to see her origins yet again. Everyone knows she was bitten by a radioactive African-American woman who was attending her husband’s funeral.
I can see why the casino planet visit was needed (it set up the narrative payoff that like IRL, the “winners” are the munitions dealers playing both sides) but DAMN, it could have been at minimum 20 minutes shorter, or omitted entirely in favor of just sneaking aboard the damn ship. That entire sequence sucked the…
Yeah, I have no problem with the major developments of the film. I’ve definitely got some issues with other parts, though.
Hey, June Foray was great, and arguably the best voiceover artist ever (I mean, Mel Blanc has got to be in the discussion, right?). But there’s June Foray famous and there’s Meryl Streep famous, and they ain’t the same thing, just as doing the voiceover work for the Joker doesn’t bring one the same sort of fame and…
Personally I think this article was worth it. I don’t read it as another “TLJ is divisive and okay” at all. I feel like that completely misses your point, which is meaningful and shines a light on one of the main problems with so much genre fiction...characters aren’t allowed to fade and die in ways that gel at all…
Yes, I’m 100% positive the average person on the street is fully aware that Mark Hamill has had a long and celebrated career as a voice actor. I should never have implied otherwise.
Are you fucking high? Mark Hamill has a celebrated career in voice acting, and stands as one of, if not THE, definitive versions of Batman’s enemy, The Joker. And that’s just with his voice. Take your clown perspective elsewhere, clown.
Let’s note that plenty of fans disappointed with this film are totally okay with what happened to Luke and more upset that the second act was taken up with dull, nonsensical space chases and jarring casino planet visits.
I just made a similar comment. I still think about several Dunkirk scenes, including the Spitfire landing. It’s almost like no critics remember it all of a sudden come year-end lists. If it came out this month we’d all be back to discussing what a triumph it was. And Blade Runner was a collection of very distinct…
The love scene from Blade Runner 2049 or the final scene(s) from Dunkirk are literally better than all of these save Florida Project.
I didn’t click the link in the article but assume that’s what they were referencing as originally appearing in 2016. Because you’re absolutely correct.
“Dunkirk” the first one where the soldiers are on the pier and one soldiers turns around to the buzzing of the Stuka, then every solider quickly hits the deck
I got to watch it in one of the big halls at SDCC. Hearing Thriller on that type of sound system again was BITCHIN.
