THC is soluable in alcohol, tinctures, infused vodkas, and cannabis wine are real things. I’m not sure how well it would work with beer’s lower ETH content but considering that cannabis is closely related to hops, I suspect you’re onto something.

Considering it’s widespread use, the fact that there have been zero reported overdoses may be anecdotal, but makes it pretty clear that there is a big difference. If it really were the same as heroin we would have seen plenty of hospitalizations and deaths…
