Any driver in any of the saudi drifting and/or driving on two wheels videos that does it on public roads.

I'm not sure what is more obnoxious than brake checking and trying to run you off the road.

Look at the VW above. It is illuminated optical plastic not direct LED's, now look at the BMW it is illuminated optical plastic. Does the illumination source matter when you don't actually see it? The only difference is coloration. Also headlights outlined by light. Yes BMW started this.
