Amsterdam, NL just look at the city layout. rings on canals which means an abundance of bridges (read jumps). Hardly a straight road. Trams and tons of pedestrians. Canals for car to plunge into. This would be great for a good chase.

The nose panel between the headlights can be a grill. Not a big fan but this is one of the more tasteful options.
