Using windows on a mac is not the same as using a dedicated windows computer the same way that using a hackintosh is not the same as using a proper mac. So no his computer does not need any fancy stuff to make it run smoother because it was purpose built to run properly with that os.

BMW 2002. A small/light, reasonably priced (sub $34k), RWD, BMW with good visibility, a 5 or 6 speed manual and a (turbo?) 4 banger. Also with room under the hood to work on it with any computer systems kept to a minimum. This is something that they could actually make and I think it would sell very well.
