Once upon a time we used nuclear tests for advertising. (Donated by Southeast Nash, South Gate, CA.)

Best known as the Bat-credits font:

OK. I made a blank one we can play with:

So who stuffed their trunks and who didn't have to?

Not tonight, dear - I have a headache.

When the '73s came out I thought GM had made a big mistake; way too sporty instead of formal. Shows what I knew, since they sold lots more of them - including to my folks:

To be specific: Imperial first had curved side glass in 1957, then Lincoln had it in 1961, AMC had it in 1963, and Cadillac (and the rest of GM) in 1965.

Ugh - Disney. When I saw the first architectural model, it was all white and resembled nothing more than a pile of soggy Chinese take-out boxes. Chroming the pile didn't help.

Worse. It's under the slab of cement under the ZR1.

The ultimate result of not paying attention when refueling (200 gallons of kerosene jet fuel added to 600 gallons of aviation gasoline in a gasoline-engined airliner):

Oh bugger.
