My only experience cleaning resin is off of glass, but a soak in isopropyl alcohol should take care of pretty much anything. Next day, wipe them off with a paper towel/cotton balls until clean, and rinse with COLD water. Hot water will just make your house smell something awful, and sting your eyes among other things.

i mean you COULD just do it on a baking sheet directly and probably fit more but you can’t get the sides done at the same time, and turning is a lot easier (if you need to sear both sides).

I didn’t go to Denmark with you, but I can vouch: this is basically the gravy recipe from Cook’s/ATK “Classic Pot Roast with Root Vegetables”.

They opt for balsamic in theirs (and no soy sauce), in addition to some of the braising liquid. The first time I made it, I paid very ltitle attention to the recipe and used
