The steadily decreasing output over 100 years is exactly what we would expect from Dyson sphere construction, likely a centuries long project.

There is nothing in this or the Verge article to indicate that it was the cannabinoid component of the drug that caused the damage to these patients. If you dont get the characters of Zaeed or Katsumi in ME2 they just are not there in ME3. You loose the chance for the “perfect” ending for the Hanar ambassador with no Katsumi.
