I want a Henry-themed restaurant, where no one says a damn thing.

It’s odd that Trump hasn’t weighed in too heavily about the college admissions scam. After all, he was top of his class at every school he went to, with no help at all. Also he was a great athlete in high school - baseball and football. I guess his bone spurs didn’t let him play in college. But the important thing is

Which is weird, since it’s one of the rare sequels that manages to be better than the first movie.

I’ve only seen this actress in a couple of things, but she’s great. I’ve read Queen’s Gambit several times and have been waiting for it to be adapted since 1983. It was in some stage of development, a few times I think, long before Heath Ledger’s try. The matches in the book are tense and exciting, and Beth’s journey

I’ve never heard of Something Awful, and am not on internet forums enough to use it, but... I’m glad it’s there, and am glad it was saved (for now I guess). Ten bucks seems like a small price to pay to keep a forum free from trolls.

The scenes with Jon Snow and Ygritte were so effective, and they were so charming a couple, that I was surprised to find they even tolerated each other in real life, let alone would get married.

How about O’Malley, whose cinematic lesson was that everybody wants to be a cat.

You can’t have Wonka without chocolate!

Obligatory Parks and Rec reference: At Leslie and Ben’s engagement party, the nearly disastrous choice of Red Vines almost killed the prospect of their famlies ever speaking to each other. Jonathan Banks, as Ben’s dad, says “We’re a Twizzlers family”, and because it’s Jonathan Banks it’s a matter-of-fact, sort of

The “can’t handle action stuff” thing has been given more as a directive and isn’t a new, sexist thing

I hope there’s an Ivan. I mean her old chauffeur who learned English from gangster movies and was her constant companion even while she was shacking up with Daredevil in San Francisco.

There’s a Dan Simmons novel, Phases of Gravity, that explores this whole “what do you do once you’ve been an astronaut in space” thing. Not that I think this movie is stealing from that, it’s just an interesting subject. And, (because how many people have been out there?) it’s something that doesn’t come up much.  But

I like that Pixar is so loyal, if that’s what it is, to its actors. They didn’t need to go find Annie Potts to be Bo. I think Toy Story 2 was in 1999? after 20 years they could have been lazy and found someone else.

Here’s where I chime in to say that Cars 2, for all its faults (and there were a ton), at least changes up the NASCAR narrative. I mean - it’s a damn international James Boneish spy movie, with Michael Caine in it.

This show was recommended to me by someone (several someones) on this site a couple years ago. It was then on Netflix, I think - anyway, easily available to me. And I watched a few, and liked it, figured I’d get back to it. Then it was gone.

noted anti-vaxxer Jenny McCarthy?

Very Scary People—which is a Very Dumb Name.

Fun Fact: Kevin Costner’s first big break was playing a dead body,

Here’s what I can say about this show: Fuck Netflix, and also, Well Done, Netflix. The former because, jeez, you guys, this is a great show and how much money could it possibly cost to continue it? It’s not like the cast is going to go all “Friends” and ask for a million an episode.

And with her are three baby dragons, crawling all over her like a litter of puppies
