Kaizen, I completely understand. I have found the old trope of “fake it till you make it” helpful in establishing new habits. I know it’s not deep, and it feels odd as hell at first, but it works. In time, it becomes easier and more natural. Just don’t give up. Just don’t put an end time cap on it.
