This is terrible for Kaepernick, but I bet he’ll do great in Ice Cube’s BIGFLAG league that starts up next year.

Maybe this will finally open up a job for Colin Kaepernick.

Thanks for sharing the pics. You weren’t kidding; that’s pretty close. Sold!

From Phoenix, it’s not quite four hours. Looks like last year the daily ticket prices were really reasonable, for the most part.

Please do. That’s another reason I’d want to go.

Giri, I’ve never seen any professional tennis live. Are there tournaments here in the states that would be good weekends? I’m a few hours from Palm Springs, so I’ve thought about doing Indian Wells in the past. Are any of them worth the money from a fan’s standpoint, or is it a better game on TV?

“That’s nothing. For the same thing, we got hit with Victor Oladipo.”

True, but then again, you are talking about the two best players of all time. I don’t think that guard is likely to change overnight.

I love that there’s finally some real volatility in the ATP. Taking nothing away from the Big Four, but it’s been those same guys (with rare exceptions) dominating for a very long time. Makes the early rounds much more intriguing and hopefully we’ll see a lot more of these kids in the next few years.

But don’t be sad; because he was an Italian-American octogenarian, Trump reflexively pardoned him today.

Cena can absolutely help him. And in a way that Brock and Taker couldn’t. Economics means that Brock was not going to lose to him, at least not until this contract is up — a special attraction without the belt isn’t very special. So Brock doesn’t do much for him. Taker doesn’t work programs, so it’s a really limited

I’ll stand corrected about that one; you’re right. Ultimately, though, I kind of see his gimmick as an update of Road Dogg, and when they tire of chanting along, he doesn’t have a lot else he can rely on. That’s especially true if he’s not making any friends backstage.

Then I read that it was Cena who basically told the front office that Corbin wasn’t ready, so they sacrificed the briefcase. Maybe that’s all related. He’s fine. Nice moveset, OK on the mic. But he’s not the future, so I’ll admit having him in the main event picture already was surprising to me.

I think it says, “Hey, watch Enzo Amore at his new home on 205 Live.” Tough to sell that message if he drops his first match.

Oh, I see that now. It was right below a mention of Joe Flacco, which always makes me a little sleepy for some reason.

In the Why Your Team Sucks column, I think somebody posted that he’s won five starts against teams with winning records. Ever.

I don’t know how much of it comes down to one match, particularly at a set-up PPV and not one of the seasonal cornerstones. It didn’t help him, though. His injuries a couple years ago hurt, too, as did Harper’s.

It looked like they were correcting that this year, with a clean win at Elimination Chamber. But, you know, they had to get that Jinder Mahal train going...

From what I’ve read, he’s just let his success go to his head and he may have, from time to time, opened his mouth about things he shouldn’t have. I don’t know if the timing coincided with the Big Cass split, which was always going to doom him, but he’s apparently put himself above the product enough times that it

Well, “blackballed” is maybe a little strong. But essentially, he was on tour and popped off on his cell phone about something or other that he shouldn’t have, loud enough for everyone else to hear it. Roman has kind of taken over Undertaker’s role as the locker room judge, so he’s the guy who sets the rules for
