CSX is the largest railroad on the East Coast and pretty much the only show in town in Florida. The government should do what is good for the community as a whole which would be to modify zoning to allow higher density mixed use development. When land is valuable you need to maximize what you put on it. Wasting it on single family homes hurts the community and creates less tax revenue.
