YES.
Only when it is wet!
FFFFFF. It's not over yet!
That was the first and last time I went barefoot outside (except the beach of course, but the beach is special).
Except when you get a splinter in your foot and end up with warts for years...
I get one every month, too. It's worked out really well for me, since I am terrible at paying attention to my skin. I am about the same age as you, and over the acne stage, but I still get congested and have the occasional breakout. I found a great aesthetician on Yelp who actually pokes at my skin every session…
So I just read further downthread, and it looks like you and I managed to misunderstand each other :/ I have to eat *over* 1200 calories a day *to feel okay*, no matter what myfitness pal tells me I should be eating (1200 or less).

Making this again, like every week. It is 1/3 of my dinner everyday.
Ah, yes. The whole engaging with strangers bit...
I occasionally half-smile on the bus and BART to acknowledge people, but neither of those is the NYC subway, I guess.
All of that seems not cool, but more importantly, it is fine to feel upset if you think you've been treated badly. Unfairness isn't a competition - everybody else has their problems, and you shouldn't need to qualify it with a statement that "my problems aren't as big as other people's problems" :(
