The ls engine has a surprisingly high volumetric efficiency, especially for the 2 valve ohv design, considering when it was released most other large production v8’s such as ford and bmw were still producing the same or lower numbers for hp/tq especially as they were dohc heads

My barracks is nearly all 19 and 20 year old kids, and talking to them the general opinion is the want a new subaru, mustang or toyota pickup. I know youths are a small number of sales, but the way I see it is that they are people that are going to be makeing up most of the market in a few years
