I understand what you are saying, but don’t use the term racism, because this is literally the meaning of the term. It has nothing to do with who does or does not have power.

Possibly.  I’m trying to remember what cars I’ve seen this feature and then whether they had frames.

What about the cars that automatically roll down the windows slightly when you open the doors?  Is that just for show or do they not have these flaps?

This is correct. And a fan actually heats up the room, so don’t run it when you aren’t directly benefiting from it.

Or you could just turn it on and feel if the air is blowing down on you.

But only run the fan when you are in the room. Fans only make your FEEL cooler by moving the air. Otherwise, they are just wasting energy, as well as actually making a room warmer, since the motor heats up with use.

Totally.  Everything everywhere has been culturally appropriated from something else at some point.
