That sucks! I just walked the 1.5 miles to school, past the bus stop. Just to avoid the school bus and it was faster than riding the bus. 

Add in the diesel exhaust students will not be breathing.

It is hard to find 3rd places that do not cost a lot of money to go to. Places like brew pubs are awkward when you go alone and I do not like to drive after even having one drink. Community building is hard. 

87 was my senior year in high school. I loved the look of theses and thought they were cool and as a poor kid, very expensive. I would Love this for less than a 1/4 of the asking price. It would be fun just to tool around it, until the parts search would start.

I agree! It is more fun to drive a slow car fast than a fast car slow. We need more cars with fun driving dynamics within legal speed limits. Hot hatches had a point. They were fun. Minis have never been about 0-60 or top speed fun. 0-60 was a thing for big motored behemoths that could not handle cornering or stopping…

I almost put this one here but did not as I suspected some pedantic know it all would comment it is not obscure enough. I would bet if I asked everyone I know if they knew what this car is only 1-2 would have a clue.

Nepotism exists in all professions to one degree or another, in entertainment it is just more visible. Remember in the far past most people did the same jobs as their parents, including entertainers.
