I have tried that logic with the maga I know. they want to just go kill them for their oil. I have tried the line that upgrading the grid is good american jobs that are not out sourced. nope. They see anything not burning something taken from the ground as emasculating and somehow not christian. 

I hate them and will not promote that kind of travel, most people I know do not want to actually go someplace where they are not taken care of and want to just be in someplace warm but still little ‘merica.

If GM can GM then GM will GM. This is just strange. I agree with the other comments that it will either never see the light of day or be never used in reality. 

I can see how in previous centuries Sail Fast Than Wait (SFTW) would have been the most prudent and safest way. Technology has improved a lot. 

I wish it was a % of the speed limit in the area. 10 over in a 25 is not the same as 10 over on a 6 lane interstate highway. People will just blast their headphones. Something needs to be done because too many people are speeding way more than even 5 years ago.
