In my state they are non profits and affiliated with a chartering organization. So the directors have to creatively embezzle.

Well done! it looks like a lot of the energy was converted into a lot of bending and twisting of parts.

Charter schools are a giant money grabbing scheme. Charter school teachers earn about 1/3 what a public school teacher earns and you get what you pay for. Also charter directors often embezzle a lot for themselves.

Grid and infrastructure jobs are good paying jobs that are hard to outsource. The problem is that people do not want to pay for things anymore because they are scared that infrastructure may be socialism/communism.

No, in rural places they are too far and in suburban/urban places people fear child abduction too much to let their angel babies out of their sight for one second.

But if I do not buy a Giant grill truck or SUV, how ever will people know I am a manly man. I am sacred for my masculinity so I belittle wind, solar, EVs and will not drive a minivan. (snark)

I hope the rich people that buy this drive it better than they drive their yachts. Oh that is right they do not do that themselves. Cannot wait to putter by one of theses stuck someplace.

At least it was new content, damning with faint praise.

As a poor, that did not have parents into cars and track days, I have just a few.

Horses were work animals then came cars. Horses are hobbies for the better off. Movies are not the same as they were in the 1920s, 1970s, 2000s, Things change. Art movies can we watched via multiple methods. Stuff evolves, sorry (not) the glory days of the early 70's are over but you need to deal.

As an older Gen Xer I am glad there are role models like Scorsese and Bill Mahr that show me how NOT to act when I get even older.

up a mountain for 3ooo miles.

So leave the door unlocked but have all kinds of security cameras? Seems like locking the door is a rather minimally difficult step.

“Responsible” gun owners might make up about 10 percent of actual gun owners. THIS!!! Exactly.

My BIL in brooklyn center has cameras all over his house but does not lock the door and he has his pocket pistol stolen from him when he went to counter protest back in may 2020.

“don’t call it a clip call it a magazine” 😂

I have helped replace a crushed CC from rock and log damage at the off road park but that was like 20 years ago.

If we keep getting jalopnik articles like this one and the tuba falling one and it pisses off the fragile, I am all for it and will relish the comments.

Great, now try: only one sold to a scrapper at a time, only with proof of ownership of the car it came from as well as state issued ID, and enforced limit to the number of CCs that scrappers can take in per day with spot inspections, bans on individual sales, limit to only junkyards to scrappers, or any other numbers

But how can I protect myself from those evil city dwellers in that city I will never drive into. /S
