Seeing star wars as an 8 year old in 1977 was mind blowing and loving that the force was something your could train to use was fantastic. Having the force be an intracellular parasite was disgusting. I am so happy that the force is something aspirational again.

I did not know it at the time but being a preteen to teenager in the 1980s with MTV would be such a cultural gift. Running home to catch new videos to talk about with friends the next day. Latch key kids fooling around after school and having mtv in the background. Watching Live Aid ...Live. All of it was a Gen X

I really like the solid front axle, the rest of the 80s fever dream nope.

I would rather have either one of them, both not daily drivers but cool trucks.

As any day that ends in a y is a day some jock is abusing a woman.

Food of the gods

It may be a great (slow) off grid toy, never a daily driver, I would love it but it is just a bit over priced.

Why not just point the map so north is pointing north and not up? When I am using a topo map I make sure the map north is matching my compass north regardless of what bering I am walking.

Now the anti-ev crowd with complain about how the grid is not ready and they will oppose any work on that very grid.

Both, This one yes but also it seems like nearly every story on new car buying, for years, there are LOADS of anti-buy new post from all kinds of jalopnik commenters shaming people for buying new.

The inevitable posts to Only and Forever buy used and buying new is worse than killing your children. People just get over yourselves, if someone wants to buy a new car , effing let them. You probably waste money in ways that they would not agree with so get over your pedantic holier than thou used car worship.

no they are asking for a 32hr full time work week and a 20% raise. got getting paid for 40 hours but getting paid better for 32 hrs and 32 hrs being considered full time employment.

Part of the issue is they way it is framed. It really should be explained like 32 hours is now full time and you get a 20% raise but only work 32 hours week or something like that as to reduce confusion.

Unless they fit in a carrier under the seat in front of my I would never fly a dog anyplace unless it was through https://www.pilotsnpaws.org/

Good studies from the US and UK that 32 hr work weeks yields fantastic results

I am so happy that I used End Game as the forever off ramp from the MCU media binge fest treadmill.

If you allowed all cheating, races would be mostly scraping/hosing the bloody bits of drivers off the track and walls.
