not everything has a back window you can see out of. 

at work there is not even one car length between rows of spaces (end of painted line to opposite painted line end) so backing out is SO much harder.

Long trucks are so so much easier to back in and pull out. 

Having watched people at work try to back out of a spot, and I backing in every day for years. I have much less trouble backing in than they do backing out. 

Oh the comments here should be good. I know that I mostly back in or pull through and stopping in a parking lot to back in causes confusion in the other drivers. The only thing I can think of is the cell phone apps that monitor your car, help locate it and remote start from further away than the key fob remote start can. That is about the list. I tried sat radio and found the sound quality horrid. 

Remember that as men we are acculturated to subconsciously think that we are either predator or prey, bully or bullied, masculine or feminine, so EVs can scare some men into thinking that an EV would make them prey.

Same I would love to save my JK and my wife’s dog van from daily driving chores by using a small cheap EV,  but a third car payment is not an option.

I was into cars at the time those were new and I concur that the american people distrust and hatred of Diesel cars is from that single GM fiasco.
