Going to Tampa (pre covid) and booked an off site rental car (NEVER AGAIN) I took the shuttle to a small building near downtown and they said they did not have a car in the size I reserved and I could have to sit there until one came in and that could be days. I waited 3 hours and one did return.

all of our cars have blankets, toilet paper, simple took kits, medications ( nsaids, pepto pills, benedryl etc) first aid kit, hats, gloves, TP, flashlight/headlamp, rain gear, gorilla tape, rope/string/tie downs, code reader. phone cords, portable jumpstart battery, tire patch kit and more stuff.
