Yes but Consoles are a MUCH larger market than PC, so it makes no sense to develop on PC first for big releases since developing first on consoles will allow better running console versions. That and it’s much easier to touch up than water down I’m sure.

I agree with you. It’s one of the best, to be honest. But reccomendations... in terms of a sobstory go with Anohana, Clannad, or 5 Centimeters Per Second(this one is actually a movie so I suggest it no matter what if you got a hour and a half).
