I would say get a AMD FX-8350 and the GTX 760. You can get the i5 if that's what you prefer, but I've never liked Intel too much and have always had problems with their devices in one way or another, so I always swing to AMD for processors.

You know, I've always hated fighting games besises a regular match of Super Smash Bros. I really have. Not because I'm bad(I'm not), but because I just find them boring. But I've been playing a bit of Persona 4 Arena, and hot-damn that game needs more recognition. Best 2D fighting game I've ever played.
