Are you sure you had everything on? TressFX is obviously missing and was states, but it looks like it's missing some Antistropic Filtering and DoF and like it's a bit bogged down.

No they won't. It's already a known fact that the consoles, due to their PC-esque architecture, are already being used to their full potential. So you'll see games that look on-par with this for a while, that which isn't unbearable, but they will start to look lacking like PS360 VS. PC in a couple of years from now.
