I would be like "Fuck them." They could likely lose any legal battles, but either way they lost the war. They're being - in all senses - selfish with this. Letting the people just have the Vita is good PR for you, but obviously they don't understand that.

Minecraft is procedural. So every new world is different. That's one of the genius things about this game.
