GT4 cars fascinate me, is this the first time they’ll be racing in the states?

The bigger the engine the less you need to rev it to have fun. With mileage being equal a lower cost fill up just mean you have a smaller range.

CHOICE NUMBER THREE:

If I remember correctly last time this was a QOTD, the C7 got roughly the same or better mileage compared to most of the entries.

I’m getting +/-30mpg in mine. Not bad, but it’s about the same a number of MUCH more powerful car out today. (V6 pony cars, Corvette)

“Warramunga”sounds like a made up word used to make fun of Australia, like “dollarydoos” or “canberra.”

Tesla is an expert at appealing to “casuals.” Which is to say, they get non-car people excited about cars. The relatively low price tag will appeal to A LOT of tech-crazy casuals. It’s like Telsa found a cheat code to get people interested in their cars, I don’t think that’s necessarily a bad thing.

Maybe this mark the tides turning in the war against manual transmissions (I know it wont but it’s nice thought).

It’s funny to start with a Miata when you can do the same with a C4 for almost the same price. Although $2k for someone doing all the work for you is not a bad deal at all.

Pure Michigan (OP didn’t specify present tense)

Guess the Ford GT doesn’t exist.

This was the most COTD-y COTD I’ve seen in a long time.

I wasn’t paying attention, you’re right the 368 was fine, if not saddled with some half baked fuel system. The 4.1 was probably worst engine put in a Cadillac, in tight contention with the diesel 350.

The DB11 isn’t the best looking Aston ever, but it’s pretty far from what I’d call hideous. Espeically when you’ve got stuff like this lurking around .

According to wiki they were using TH400s, pretty solid/inexpensive transmissions, I think it’s the early 80s computers you have to worry about.
