Would you mind elaborating this a bit for me?
How do you know I don’t?
Fast note, my friend - my F-150 is neither lifted, nor a coal roller. Standard 4x2 SuperCrew XLT, nothing fancy. I do not expect anyone to get out of my way, I do not park my truck like a dick, and as I do a lot of highway driving, I set the cruise control about 2 MPH over the speed limit. Know why I mention that?…
Good lord, you’d have had a FIT when I drove a ‘77 Chrysler New Yorker Brougham with a 440 under the hood, and a great big honking Carter 4 barrel. I never bothered to check the gas mileage on it.....you could hear it gargling gasoline on a cold start.
Bradley, Bradley, Bradley......
Hey, David! As far as rear wheel ABS only vehicles go, I have owned a ‘91 Ford F150, and two Chrysler Conquests and two Mitsubishi Starions.
OK, OK, fair enough!
Yeah, I was goofing off after work one day.....(yes, that’s me driving, and yes, that WAS my truck at the time.
I see you’ve been to the Kia dealer lately!
Hey, David! You’re going to want to know about this video! COMMON problem on ZJ’s and easily and cheaply fixed. (Fair warning, I swear - I don’t believe in being something you are not.)
I used a reman part from AutoZone. Cheap enough, plus it had a lifetime warranty.....and even better...they had it in stock.
Hey, David! LOVE the Jeep!
Allow me to give a tip up front, having just changed my steering system in my ‘95 ZJ - the track bar is a source of all kinds of steering play, mine already having failed SINCE the suspension rebuild.
I’ve maintained for years that all we need is Mod Motor Guy’s Fab Five:
“Unable to see the rock because it’s on the passenger side.”

Hey, David! Tech Tip from me on seized oil filters, and it has NEVER let me down, and never makes a huge mess.
