Unless he had an exhaust leak into the cabin. There’s certainly ways other than the windows that outside air is getting in, and I’m not taking it for granted that it’s got a solid exhaust system.

I don’t have any tracks near me, an SUV or CUV will more than exceed the speed limit on any road, and driving anything faster is very irresponsible.  Sports cars are wasteful consumption, and can’t ever have more than one or two people in it ever.
