Like the Wrangler, it’s not permanently fixed. The tops will certainly be interchangeable.

And yet, it was the democrats who gave them this golden goose.
It’s funny that you complain about having to change your routine and make things “less convenient” by not hanging your keys at the door... and yet your entire argument is that we should forgo all of the added convenience afforded by keyless entry systems, which completely trumps what you’re suggesting.
It’s a 4-door pickup truck...
David did a writeup on what it took to get to 7k, and that included lots of things like engine and transmission mapping to keep the engine from overheating in the hill-climb tests. With a manual, you don’t have that control, so they can’t rely on the computer to shift to a more suitable gear for cooling, and thus…
Maybe I missed it, but the manual doesn’t come with a 4.10? I thought they all did.
It was a thing on the European JK’s, not sure about the TJ’s.
I thought the whole point of FCA was to get the European ties from the ‘F’ part of it.
Which do you think does more to support American jobs/families:
...which is both in North America and a country peopled by those with vastly more of a claim to be American than colonists and immigrants who only took a bit in the middle
Tough to tell these days. You’ll get people using your exact argument, then in the next breath say that fuel taxes should be raised by 2,700% and the income tax bumped too, as if that wouldn’t have the exact same effect. At least with a tariff a company could work around it by employing more Americans, and with the…
That’s irrelevant. The comment I replied to literally said at $60k “That puts it at the top end Raptor, which is far more capable in terms of towing, storage, off roading etc.” which it doesn’t, not even close. It puts it at the bottom end of the Raptor.
That’s exactly the time period when trucks started getting much more luxurious. The F100 was dropped and the F150 was introduced, over the years they began offering luxury features, like power windows & locks, crew cabs and introducing luxury trims, such as the Lariat and Eddie Bauer Edition
Careful, you sound like a republican with your talk of high earning people should be keeping more of their money...
TariffsTaxes are bad. Period. Consumers are hurt on both sides of the tariff while governments skim money out of the economy while adding no value. Jobs are lost, prices are raised, and consumers have fewer options.
Right, the stuff you add to them makes them expensive.
So...you haven’t had any issues then? Other than you being forgetful?
Dealers supposedly saw a Grand Wagoneer and SRT4 Dart too.
They said they didn’t want to lengthen it any more, they didn’t want to make the Wrangler any bigger than they already were, and they didn’t want to make even more truck specific pieces.
