I live in Marin, I have seen a couple. They went nuts for the BMW and Merc diesels for a bit. My neighbor has a diesel 5 series and he said he made it to LA on a tank. 

Disappointing MPGs, I thought at least 36, hoping for near 40. Not worth it, I think a plug in hybrid is worth it if you can commute mostly on the battery.

These new headlights must be F’n expensive. Well they have always messed up headlights, they outlawed covered lights so the Zs and Jaaaags etc.. couldn’t have the covers they were designed for in the 70's, cuz that made sense!
