I tried watching FE, I just can’t do it, I need the noise I guess. They sound like my RC cars in the 80's. That dimension is gone and it somehow takes away from the total package. Knowing that there is a roaring fuel burning engine that has to finish the race is part of the sport for me.

Well the tech people, housing, Uber... and their busses have changed SF and it’s pretty ugly in some respects. It helps the economy but also forces a lot of people out and has changed the landscape as a whole.
