BMW SUVs say douche dad, the CTS-V wagon is pretty cool and not common. 

They look a lot like 1950's Dodge military door handles, remember the WCs before trucks like my 1952 M37 had no doors at all! So try ten years older than 1960's for that style. Most civilian trucks even in the 40's had a push button style on the handle.
