How can such an imbalance be allowed in our system, what good are checks and balances if they can put these people in place?

It’s pretty sad if you listen to a podcast to try and be funny, I’m with Seinfeld on this, you are funny or you aren’t, you can’t learn to be funny. Now picturing someone listening to a podcast to try and be funnier, now that is funny.
