The theme from Chopping Mall popped into mine.

Wow, the Nutribullet has really gotten aggressive looking.

Is It Still Possible To Get Deals On Leftover Models?”

Yep, I had a co-worker who still drives a $60k dollar Prius thanks to rolling a previous new car loan balance into the purchase of the Prius.

Best comment.

For real. Not only that, but anyone with a house and new car in most states in the US is “worth” 2 million. LOL.

I mean, you can look at the macro specific t you anecdotally and come to that conclusion, but the actual topic of appraisers is un affected by your point.

I feel bad for you since it sounds like the appraiser you met didn’t know WTF they were talking about.

Wait... I though a Dry-Dock was a large area that ships pull into that can be drained or filled with water? The Queen Mary is currently in an enclosed paddock that allows the sea water to come in and out, wouldn’t fully sealing the existing break water and draining while building supports for the ship it actually help

I’m surprised that they can’t just make its berth the actual dry dock. It’s already surrounded by a concrete barrier, wouldn’t it cost less to create a permanent sea wall and drain out the shallow water from inside?

Don’t disagree with you except for the “relatively wealthy” part- A tour at the boat is approx $10. The starting price of the hotel rooms are $75 a night. Super affordable.

Your bus project is going to be so awesome.

As a former Touareg owner (V8!) I can attest to the feeling this SUV sends to the driver. Sturdy, capable, brilliant execution of driving dynamics in a tank of a machine.

Take a look at the engine bay, the fenders and cross member look to be original.

This car looks to have been properly sorted, the mods are true to what VW enthusiasts have been doing for decades, and they are true to the VWphile idea of the OEM swaps that later became popular with the Honda and Subaru fans.

You had a tarp!?!? Lucky!

I’ve often wondered why manufacturers don’t point out, or hype up the cool , hidden or unique features of their cars.

well..... maybe 4 people and 40 chinchillas!

Regardless of what the visual clues to this persons societal leanings are, if you just look at the truck in and of itself, it is not that awful from the perspective of home builds.

The best answer is a Porsche Panamera or Macan. While you can’t get a new one for $60k there are a lot of CPO, and 3rd party certified out there well within the price range with super low miles and under 3 years old.
