To save Lotus we must destroy Lotus?

If you were into pickups two tone paintjobs were pretty common well into the 90s.
I’m glad that the chemicals in Montana don’t eat cars like that. A trip I took to Minnesota really opened my eyes to what rust is like outside of the Rockies. I would rather replace a windshield from gravel and sand than this.
I used to teach drivers ed. These might be two of the scariest.
Much like someone who is unable at the moment to have sex, this may serve as some type of pornography to people as they wait to buy this. Scrolling with anticipation as they look to see how to engage 4 Low in the transfer case.
Finished pulling the wiring out of a 3.8 Camaro so I can put a fuel injected 3.8 in my MGB. The next part is the tedious part, tracing and removing all the stuff I wont need.
How low are you spinning the engine, it has 90% of peak torque from 1600 RP to 6500 RPM. Thats a pretty flat power curve.
I would actually argue that they are pretty spread out, first gear is something in the range of 4 to 1 which helps it get off the line quick. The two extra gears do help each jump be not as significant, so maybe we are both right depending on if you talk about space between gears or total spread. I have noticed those…
Average American, heck a lot of the people selling you the car haven’t read the manual on stuff like how the infotainment system works.
Neutral, I wonder to what extent the extra energy used to power the self driving tech will be offset by how much less the computers might waste energy. A lot of peope drive incredibly inefficiently, and not in a sporty way but in a stupid way. Examples are speeding up and slowing down unnecessarily, accelerating…
I used to teach drivers ed in a 2012 Caravan with the pentastar and novice drivers had difficulty taking off smoothly and occasionally would spin the tires if the roads were wet. I never felt like that car was lacking power down low, if it ever felt soft it was because when it got some RPM it pulled so much harder…
Probably pissed off enough to call it in, whereby the school would review the video from inside the bus to confirm which students had their window open and threw it, or at least close enough to put some heat on the kids sitting in that area till someone fesses up.
This seems like a pretty sweet deal on a nice weekend car. AWD, 6 speed and the Turbo tick the right boxes, it looks to be in decent shape and its still peppy in todays world. Change the timing belt and go for a nice drive.
Around here I don’t see then anymore unless it’s a beat police auction crown Vic. It looks like the highway patrol went with chargers, city police the explorer and sheriff departments have a half ton pickup, but for a long time officers seemed to prefer the crown Vic.
From what I have heard this is the primary reason the crown Vic stuck around so long in many places. They had room for their gear and were more comfortable to get in and out of, which I can respect because they may spend 8-12 hours doing that a shift.
Honestly athletes in every sport have this problem. The bottom half of the field is replaceable. The Jimmy Johnsons and Denny Hamlins are polished, talented and have good media skills. The drivers out of the top 20 are still darn good and faster on any kind of track than I am (even one with right corners), but so are…
Where are the emails from angered mustang owners? It seems like every make takes it on the chin, you can have a sense of humor or you can be a fanboy and admit no fault in your car. I will say if you think your Alfa Romeo’s reliability is on par with a Camry, your going to have a bad time.
We had a Plymouth Arrow, the other version and the truck had upsides and downsides. The Mikuni carburetor never ran right, it had less than 100k miles and was on its second engine, and it rode like a tank but it would haul more than you would believe. We also had a same era Dakota, and it had a chrysler 9.25 rear end,…
Honda will also sell you an ugly “Truck”
It’s a good thing they don’t do backup laps like lands speed racing.
