Then ask for NGK, I am a Chrysler guy and I opt for Champion plugs but I have run into other Chrysler Guys who swear by Autolite or Bosch on the same engine. When I sold parts, most people who had a preference asked me up front, and I cant say how many times they went against the conventional wisdom.

Indeed, I used to sell parts at a NAPA and no one human has the encyclopedic knowledge to know the part number across even a manufacture with all trim levels. Even if you know, you check on the computer to make sure because if its wrong the customer comes back rightfully angry.

I hate Illinois Nazis.

My best guess is the M5 must have had a salvage title. I still don’t recommend it.

This has gone a long way from your earlier statement that the automatics were mostly dropping from the appliances, hasn’t it? Perhaps my issues are general blanket statements. I would consider Viper ACR’s and Corvette ZR1s total performance, especially if my goal was to drive it on the track, so I dont know if you

The volume is irrelevant. GTs, supercars and other high end “Drivers Cars” have mostly fled to the dark side, excluding a few cars like the Viper and Corvette, one of which is dead. Most of the non appliance cars are fairly low volume anyway.

Idk about your assertion. In my experience the saving grace of the cheap looking interiors on Chrysler products is that ten years later they still look the same and don’t rattle. My 06 ram rattles a hell of a lot less than my wife’s newer outback.

Your guess is as good as mine. It looks like a PR stunt to try and garner more investments so that they can continue to burn through cash. Its probably as much a production car as the SRT Demon was “banned” from drag racing.

Indeed, appliances like the Toyota Camry, Chrysler Pacifica and Dodge Challenger SRT Demon

My Ram 1500 was in purgatory for a while with no solution, then I started having EGR problems and I couldn’t get my CEL to stay off so I took it into the pros and they did it a couple weeks before I got the notice.

I think my problem is that instead of upgrading the parts that need upgraded for it to be a nice driver like brakes and an overdrive transmission, they put money into the engine. It’s not that I feel I could do the same thing for less than the asking price, it’s that I could have something much easier to enjoy for

By around here, you mean the internet in general, right?

I used to be on MG experience but haven’t been there in a while. A few things to consider, my car is a dedicated auto cross car so the chassis is already stiffened and the heater removed. I think the Pontiac 3800 forums and Fierro forums are more help as they work with these engines. There are company’s that can

LMAO, indeed. I was teaching K-12 Band, Music and Choir in a small school district and the pay wasn’t good enough to make it through summer without a job. I already knew the kids and the graduate credits to teach drivers ed moved me up the salary scale so it seemed like a good idea.

Im rightfully pissed they didnt have the foresight to put a snorkel on the turbo sticking out the hood. Seriously, that is the cherry on top of this creation.

I used to teach Drivers ed, and the car the district had was a 2012 Caravan. I had many moments more exciting that spontaneous airbag deployment, and Im glad right now that none of those moments were accompanied by said event.

I cant imagine what it feels like to drive this hard, at least the front wheels will pull you along as it flexes and squirms under hard acceleration.

I don’t think it’s going to be difficult. I will be pulling a 4.3 they said would be a PITA which wasn’t that hard. I think the guys on the MG forums think anything that isn’t a 60 degree V6 is tough. I think by the time I have it set up and tuned with headers and smaller a smaller it will be hard to beat the combo

I have one to put in my MGB, I think the one reason I would consider this car would be to pull the engine and drop the body off at the wrecking yard. It’s right around that tipping point where it would almost be cheaper to do that than do the same mods to an L67 yourself.

Very few people put an intercooler on an L67 without also dropping a pulley size on the supercharger. I cant say how much power it makes, but with the intercooler you could buy a modular puller and crank up the boost a fair bit. That said, with a engine swap on vans that were a deathtrap and fell apart sitting still
