We really don't know what evidence they have against these guys. What if they have evidence that they are uploading material themselves. Or wiretaps of them openly discussing how they are getting away with pirating. Unless you know something everyone else does not it might be a little early to start protesting.

At $80 I would be be laughing at it. I limit my gimmicky as-seen-on-tv type purchases to $20. I like the idea of this but can not think of anything I need it for right now. I would however spend $20 on it just for the novelty of it. $40 is not a bad price if you have a need for it, I just personally don't.
