Notable exceptions, Suburban/ Tahoe, last model Caprice, basically most RWd v8, some of the fw v6. But yes the cavalier, sunfire, olds alero , grand am any 80s or 90s Fwd 4cyl were mainly shit.

Toyota really needs an HO version of the 4.0L. It’s a great truck motor, but for $50k cmon guys give us 300hp and an 8 speed. For that cash Ford would give you an f150 with almost 500 hp, more cameras than the pentagon and tow a small house.
By boning you mean how many greasy male cabin crew watch porn on highjacked free internet and have a few whips?

I dunno man but if they’re anything like the slicks on a top fuel drag racer one dart of the gas those puppies are gonna expand and tear the fenders off.
That one in the pic is a 2nd Gen. I had the exact same truck, and man that chassis rusted. One of the reasons why they hold value is bc now a mid level 4x4 truck is $50k
Why isn’t the army all over these. I’m sure Mahindra could bang them out for $10k in a mil stripper model. If it breaks down just torch it and walk away.
I was behind a guy in a Hilux Surf right hand drive in a drive through. I saw him use a kids toy plastic claw (just like the one I bought my son at Toys R Us ) to pass a cash to the attendant, then he proceed to put an empty coffee cup in the claw , pass it to her to receive his change, then used the claw to accept…
Bring back the K5 Blazer. That is all.
Don’t forget the Stellar
I say scrap this shit box JLTV thing and give us a modern halftrack.
They’re already used to finicky cars and dump them before the warranty runs out, less they’d go broke doing repairs
I’m fairly certain you could buy these new in Canada in the 90s. I remember seeing a few around. Maybe not exact same model, but they had a 4wd badge and an inlet on the hood , also turbo decals. Last going off there was one on the ramp at the local Dodge dealer late 90s I was in university but lusted over it.
Cobalt SS! I’d be embarrassed to tears yet smiling ear to ear doing fwd burnouts
If it’s $2000 Canadian, thats like $1600 USD
200hp for the GN and 276 for the GNX. Yet these yachts were 13 second cars. Something doesn’t add up here. Someone telling a little white lie from Buick?
I’ll applaud them for taking a risk, Toyota is fairly conservative. Even use it on a halo car to make a statement. But the bread and butter every day cars need something a little more mainstream to keep existing customer happy and potentially attract some new ones. That shit wouldnt attract a freezing cold homeless…
To me the 08 pays the best homage to the original. Not overdone, subtle, tough looking car. The 01 has little retro cues for me, nice in its own right but the 08 is a cleaner design. The 19 is a bit busy for me. It’s hot for 2019 but I still drool when I see an 08.
