Sorry not quite sure what you’re trying to convey - ‘sweet’ is usually a property of glucose and fructose as I understand it. ‘Flavours’ are given by adding different molecules to these as per my original comment.

I’m guessing here but all the types of fat you mention have different “flavours”. For example you can have orange flavoured sweets, lemon flavoured sweets etc, but the core ‘taste’ is sweet.
