Did this in middle school in Science Olympiad. Definitely didn’t follow the last two “Don’ts” listed. I remember having to actuate the launcher by hand when the cord wasn’t set correctly. As well as purposely seeing how much pressure I could get into a bottle before it burst.

I’ve joked many times with my girlfriend about this. Usually pointing out that instead of women getting useful pockets, they’re making men’s pockets shrink. We’re doing the equality shift the wrong direction! Just give everyone pockets that you can actually get a hand into!*

We voted Brownback in for a second term. I think that says plenty about how blind people here are to the effects of their choices.

I was going to make more of an effort of defending it, but you’re not wrong. Brownback especially made a huge effort to destroy the things that DID work well in the state in the name of tax cuts.

Wichita has had a huge revival in the last decade or so. I grew up there and left in 2009 for college. Moved back 2 years ago and I’ve been shocked at how much more there is to do. There’s a very real push to have the city do something other than just build aircraft.

There really is something so satisfying about curling in your own squat rack at home, even if it’s just for laughs. It’s like it drives the point of just how much easier it is at home.

If we paid the same tax % no matter the income level or source, then the IRS probably could do that. But as it is, no they can’t quite because income may not follow estimations. There’s lots of sources of variation to income that would make so income could be different than expected.

How does it deal with cooling?  It looks like the newest front bumper design has no grill on it.  Do they just pop the hood between runs and hope for the best during the short AutoX runs?

In Legion it’s been closer to 10x more damage over the course of the expansion (Average players doing 150-200k at first raid, and doing 1.5Mil-2Mil at end of last raid). And that’s on top of the 4-5X more from end of WoD to beginning of Legion.

Never really thought about where that term came from.  Learned something new today!

Woohoo Kettering!  It’s kind of weird seeing my college mentioned anywhere since it’s so small and most people haven’t ever heard of it.

Any idea if these are still problems when used in pets? My cat has been fighting a UTI, and the first round of antiboitics (Clavamox) didn’t completely clear it, so she just got a Cipro shot that gives 2 weeks of coverage.

Am I the only one who dislikes or is indifferent the majority of Zagato stuff? The more recent Astons they’ve done just look goofy with their huge grills. Like an Aston got stuck on the mouth and swelled up or something.

That last part seems pretty important here. There’s enough times where people armchair solutions that it’s nice to see someone with the resources actually use them to at least TRY to help.
