This was truly the best era of Days. OMG remember Bo and Hope’s wedding!!!!!!??!??!??!?! Every time they killed off Bo or Hope or had them get divorced in the 30 years since I would get so goddamned mad, reading about it on the cover of soap opera digest at the grocery store.

Ugh. While I don’t watch soaps (anymore) I love that there are still some clinging to life—it’s nice to know there’s some connections to the early days of television (and even the latter days of radio). Days was something I watched as a kid with my great-grandmother, so there’s that connection as well.
