I actually completetly disagree with this because it still sounds like you are trying to come out ahead.

going to bars is not a hobby. Spending time with clubs where you go hiking, or building sometihng is more interesting and productive.

All of that is really overcomplicating the issue. You get a home so that by the time you retire, you have a place to live on a reduced income(since you won't need rent money anymore).

don't forget social engineering can easily circumvent the best password, as lifehacker was kind enough to share in one of their horror stories. I think the bigger danger out there is linking too many accounts together, using good security questions, and watching for trouble.

wow. there are a lot of holes in this article. your emergency road kit is quite lacking. you should have water, first aid kit, blankets, jumper cables (they are not standard) and a flashlight for starters.
